About This Ministry
From incarceration to ministry.
A Navy veteran, someone who once struggled with addiction, a former inmate, and a follower of Jesus Christ.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11
My name is Tony. I’m a Navy veteran, a husband blessed beyond what I deserve, someone who once struggled with addiction, a former inmate, and a follower of Jesus Christ. I created Perspective For Today because I know what it feels like to be at the bottom and I know what it feels like to be lifted up from there by a God who doesn’t give up on people.
This ministry exists for three groups of people: those walking out of incarceration and looking for a new beginning, those experiencing homelessness and searching for hope and resources, and those who love Jesus and want to go deeper in their faith.
The Podcast covers topics rooted in Scripture, including studies through the Beatitudes, the Fruit of the Spirit, and the Gospel — always with an eye toward how these truths land in real life, not just on Sunday morning.
The Resources pages are a practical directory of shelters, services, and Celebrate Recovery meetings for Sussex County, Delaware — built for people who need help today, not someday.
I facilitate Celebrate Recovery both in my community and inside correctional facilities. I’ve volunteered with Kairos Prison Ministry and coordinate food distribution through partnerships with organizations like the Salvation Army and Love Inc. None of this is about me — it’s about what God can do with a broken person who finally said yes.
If you’re just getting out, just getting back on your feet, or just looking for a word that meets you where you are — you found the right place.
You are not forgotten. You are not too far gone. There is a perspective for today — and it includes you.
